4|10 Friday Feed Favorites

As Good Friday comes to a close I cannot help but think, despite all the crazy happening around us, that there is still so much good in the world. It's not often we take time to slow down and see it. We are just too dang busy. I know I sure don't stop and pause as often as I should. In fact, I don't slow down unless I'm forced (and the irony isn't lost on me as I sit here and write this post after 10pm when my entire family is asleep and I still have hours of work ahead of me).

While we may not all be running around like we have in earlier months, there are a lot of people that are tirelessly working for the greater good- teachers, doctors, nurses, government officials, grocery store clerks, and even my Amazon delivery guy that comes almost every day of the week to name a few. Today, on Good Friday, there is so much good to be grateful for. Look around and you will find it. Being positive isn't pretending that everything is good- it's seeing the good in everything.

Times may be tough. But I'm sure that one day in the not too distant future we will look back as this time as the "good old days" when we were able to stay home, spend time together, slow down, and enjoy all the blessings that surround us. We will yearn for this "pause" in our schedule. You just watch.

It's like the saying says, "It's a good day to have a good day." So let's make it that way. Let's stop complaining about what we can't do, but focus on all that we get to do.

In honor of all things good this week's #RBFeedFavorites features spaces that are just so good I can't not share them. Be sure to check them out.
